These marketing efforts create exclusive and high quality, organic leads, that can be distributed to SellSave® agents for a small cost per lead, along with a revenue split back to the company.
One of our top initiatives is to maintain strict cost controls to maintain the ability to offer our competitive and discounted commission structure to home sellers, while delivering on our commitment to the SellSave® agent, in regards to above market commission splits. In addition technology has made it possible to where brick and mortar locations are no longer a necessity. We do maintain a small corporate office to house administration, however we do not maintain meeting, or office space, for SellSave® agents. Transactions and interactions are managed online through a secure agent portal. Should a SellSave® agent have a need for an office location, or to accommodate a meeting, we have negotiated special pricing with Regus, to offer modern work space solutions.
